Welcome to Supacms ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our digital signage software (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Use of Service

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to display illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material you do not own.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any media, images, or videos ("Content") you upload to the Service. By uploading Content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your connected screens.

5. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or contact support. This includes:

  • Account Information: Name, Email address, and Company Name.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely by our Merchant of Record; we do not store full credit card details on our servers.
  • Usage Data: Log files, screen connection statuses, and platform activity to ensure uptime and reliability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Supacms platform.
  • Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices.
  • Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.

3. Data Storage & Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your data is stored securely on cloud servers provided by Supabase (AWS architecture). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Supacms. Because we offer a free tier/trial for testing, we encourage you to try the software before upgrading. However, if you upgrade and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at nabeelsaleemshaikh@gmail.com with your account email and order details. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

3. Cancellations & Proration

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for the remaining time in a billing cycle after the initial 14-day window has passed.
